1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a successful refund trace, please ensure that:
- The gadget is completely in its original, undamaged packaging, complete with all user manuals, connection cords, and structural inserts.
- The gadget has no visible signs of wear, liquid exposure, drop fractures, or surface abrasions.
- You are able to provide the physical transaction receipt or digital invoice number.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return ticket, please proceed with the simple steps:
- Email our support desk at mask2link@gmail.com with your original order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Our desk will respond within 24 business hours with your authorized RMA document and our dedicated return warehouse address.
- Carefully wrap the product in standard cardboard shipping buffers. Please write the RMA code clearly on the external label and mail it.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect Products: If your gadget arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover 100% of the return carrier labels and courier bookings.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning the item due to personal preference, the buyer is responsible for standard shipping charges. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
4. Processing Timelines
Once your return package is physically unloaded and inspected at our Spokane depot (which typically occurs within 2 business days of delivery), we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed directly to your original payment choice within 5-7 business working days.
